Sugar best medicine request

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Sir,, I am suffering diabetic, last 6 months back my sugar levels fasting 278, without fasting 381 my doctor suggest medicine after one month sugar levels 90, 140. But medicine not using due side effects problem, not using the medicine still. Yesterday check the sugar test result 180, 278. Kindly advise best medicine with out side effects
