I had a protected sex with a prostitute.and the condom was always with my penis. But when i removed out my penis from the vagina. The condom left into the vagina and penis comes out. Just after one day from the incident. I am feeling mild fever with headache. Is it a symptom of hiv

If you think you are at a risk which I think you are. Not much but there's always a possibility of contracting the infection. It's better you visit a physician and talk about it in more details. You can be started on post exposure prophylaxis but that needs to be started within 72 hours of exposure.
