Anovate/Smuth ointment Three times a day for a week
Local application of this ointment per rectum before and after defecation and at bedtime
Syp Duphalac 4 spoons at bedtime with a glass of warm water for 2 weeks
Sitz bath twice a day for 20 minutes with betadine solution

Hi. Please ask her to stop Aspirin as long as bleeding is there . She can apply Shield ointment locally . Avoid constipation . Drink warm milk in the night .
