Suffering with fever during 8th month

Dear madam/sir My wife running 8th month running she is suffering with fever only night time, when ever come I was mopping body with wet cloth after that it will become normal it was happening since 5 days onwards, now this situation I can give dolo650 to her kindly advice me.
