Suffering with Anti Tpo Antibodies
I am Suffering with Thyroid problem from 6 years. At present my TSH level is in control. But my Anti TPO Antibodies are 260. I am using Thyroxin 62.5 mg daily. I am also suffering with Osteoarthritis( swelling in both knees) I am using Saaz Ds 1mg tablet at morning and Cartiquine 300mg at evening. Is their any relation between Anti Tpo Antibodies and Thyroid and Osteoarthritis? Which treatment is best to control all this disease. Please refer the doctor...Please answer my question....

You don’t need to worry about Anti TPO antibodies. It just indicates that ur hypothyroidism is autoimmune. We just need to treat thyroid not the antibodies. Regarding OA u should consult the Ortho surgeon or rheumatologist
