Suffering from soar throat

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Had a flew symptoms a week ago with cough, running nose and soar throat. I took a dose of azithral (250 mg*6) along with chestan. Running nose is in control most of the time. But dry cough and soar throat is still irritating. I m having tusq cough lozenges , clove and ginger regularly, but still this is not cured. Tried to find out an appointment with a general medicine doctor, but could not find any one. Can you please suggest the alternative.
