PCOD management includes lifestyle modifications, exercise, dietary management and some appropriate medications. Low glycemic index food, more of fruits and vegetables, regular exercise , adequate sleep, NO JUNK food, Above should be regularly practised. Consult your Gynaecologist again for review of relevant blood tests and medications .
