Suffering from loose motion with mucus.

Dear dr. I am 30 years old male. i am suffering from loose motion (frequency is more then 2- times a day). in my stool some white mucus like flakes are observing from last one month. my stool is nor forming properly in the morning time i can not tolerate morning pressure if i tried to stop motion it leaks. i am not feeling in abdomen pain but my lower abdomen part is bloated and in the evening time i feel more bloating. and feeling tired. i have changed my life style and join gym but no benefits. i went to dr. he suggest me for stool test. my stool test is found ok. nor ova, parasite, blood cells and mucus not observed. he prescribed me metronidazole + diloxide furate & pantoprazole for 7 days . when i took this medicine for 7 days i was ok but after 5 days of this course condition become same as earlier. sir i need your consultation. is it IBS if yes it can be treated permanently ?? plz reply
