Suffering from high sugar
My mother age 48 from last 15 years she is suffering from diabetes her glucose fasting is 167 and glucose (pp) is 266mg/dL she is taking tablet triglycomet and insulin biphasic isophane one time in a day. Also she is suffering from Asthma so she can't go for yoga and walk early in the morning ..what step should she take and should she continue with insulin and not? Please suggest some precautions as soon as possible please help me.
