Suddrn temperature rise
My son is 7 months old. few days back I felt him little hot while touching. when checked the temperature it showed 99.6. it went back to normal after sometime. today again same thing happened and the temp showed 99.2. after about 10 mins when I rechecked it came to 98.3 and did not rise further. the weather here is quite hot. he is very active and feeding is also fine but doing little less urine output these days. what can be the cause of the sudden fever?? what should be done for it?

This need not be real fever. If he is consuming less liquids or milk , even then body heat will be high and that could be the reason for less urine

You can give paracetamol drops. Urine infection to b ruled out if he is passing urine in drops or change in frequecy despite feeding well
