Suddenly refusing to nurse
My 3 months old baby(exclusively breastfed), who was nursing very well till has suddenly started refusing to nurse from the past 2 days. she is crying a lot when offered a feed. she is active otherwise. i have tried expressing milk and feeding with spoon. she accepts that. but refuses to take the breasts. kindly help

Commonest cause of this problem is either inverted nipples or sometimes overcongestion of breasts due to high lactation. Give feeds at a gap of atleast 3 hours,express extra milk,which can be stored and given with a spoon. For above mentioned problems,consult your gynaecologist.
