Suddenly endometrium polyp growth?

Last period date - 05.12.2024
This cycle folliculametry i did. But day12 doctor seen polyp in endometrium lining. This size was 8.5mm.this is 1st time i saw. Actually day7 i did hycosy test. After that when pee I saw spotting then doctor prescribed medication pause 500 for 2days. Today I go for folliculametry (day 12) then doctor said polyp are there. I attached documents. Suddenly polyp growing? Is it effect for conceiving? Anything suggest doctor.
