Sudden weight gain

I have a 3 year old boy. i was 45 kg before pregnancy, my height is 152cm. during pregnancy i reached 62 kg. i had a normal delivery. my weight got reduced to 49 kg in a month. i breastfeed my baby about 18 month. i haven't gain any weight in past 3 years. i had mirena year ago. but now suddenly my tummy got big. and become 56 kg in 1 month. i checked for pregnancy but came negative. i am little bit worried about this. mirena didn't cause weight gain initially. all my test result is normal nothing shows red flag. what to do now.
