Sudden pain occur in knee joints and below knee area . And starts swelling above ankle area . Please tell me some home remedies

hello.. looks like early stages of osteo arthritis.. avoid sitting cross legged on the floor..avoid stairs as much as possible.. you can use hot or cold compresses in that region.. avoid massaging with oil...you can use analgesics only if pain is unbearable... do not use them regularly
