Sudden pain bk lwr waist.
Working in kitchen. Door bells and she suddenly walks to door, in meantime she got sudden cramp behind lower back side waist pain. Walks without touching anything. Still pain continued, not able lend down even in desi toilet. Laying on bed upside abs  is difficult. It is At lower spinal cord n hips joint. Plz guide?
