Sudden onset of hot flash and dizzy
Hi, I am 36yr old, have 2kids, 6yr and 1yr old daughters. Recently have developed getting sudden hot flash at the same time feeling lightheaded and feels like my eyes are rolling like fourth and back. Kind of pendulum feeling. Also my eyes feels very heavy to keep them open during this time. My period is due on 24-26th of this month. I have gastric problem, hence left having coffee. Also i have migrane, ill be trying to avoid triggering factors always. I take 1cup of tea after breakfast eveyday thats it. During such feeling I have checked my BP at home it will be normal. Please can anyone explain me whats going on with me. While typing this also im feeling as if im traveling in train. Im tired of this and no doctor could solve my problem. No one can understand my problem at home, rather ill be unable to explain it to my husband No gastric medicine nor vertigo medicine have helped me. Where should i go , whom should i consult,  please help me thank you. Thanks in advance.
