Sudden movement of muscle
From few months...I have been observing some movements in muscle i.e vibrating of muscle for 1min...escpecially in leg region...what does it indicates...?

It generally indicates deficiency, mainly the micronutrients...calcium, potassium deficiencies can be the cause....check if you have any issue in your back, any ms. weekness, tingling numbness if it's the same region of leg every time and if it's lasting for one minute. Also consult physician for ur Vit D dose with a calcium supplement followed with it

U need to improve ur vitamine and calcium level. Increase intake of water. Also start doing exercises for legs like stretching and strengthening.
