Sudden fever and vomiting

Today we traveled from Bangalore to Kolkata. My child was very playful till the time we reached Kolkata airport while after reaching home in afternoon, he didn't had anything. He had 102 fever. I have given milk but he vomited and foul smell was there in vomiting.
Given crocin 250 to him but he is not ready to take anything in food and every now and then he is clearing his throat like done pain in throat.
