For heart attack prevention you have to adapt a healthy lifestyle like regular endurance exercise, weight control, avoiding junk food and red meat, high fiber diet, avoiding addiction, BP , sugar and cholesterol control by regular yearly checkup, avoiding addiction. For sudden cardiac death prevention, get your ECG amd Echo done and show it to a cardiologist to rule out any familial causes of sudden death other than heart attack
