Sudden blackout and dizziness
Sometimes just after my menses I get episodes of sudden dizziness with blackout of vision for a few sec. , I also sweat a lot .. my bmi is around 24..I have allergies so I almost always have a cold..I also have irregular menses and excess facial hairs..I get fungal infections frequently in ears and vaginal yeast infections..mostly in humid climate...my family history has diabetes and I have insulin resistence..what can be the diagnosis of my case PCOD or POTS or other problems like thyroid..and for what diagnostic tests should I go for...
