Subcorianic hematoma

Hi doc, I am 15weeks pregnant now with subcorianic hematoma ...I had bleeding when I was 10 weeks pregnant so sonography said it's hematoma...but baby's heartbeat was there so my doc suggested me progestrons nd profesi 5000 injection...after the dose was over I did another ultrasound nd doc said everything is fine but subcorianic fluid are there which may come out nd it's nothing to worry about ...I had no bleeding since then but today I had little brown discharge but no pain...so it ok or its matter of concern pls help

Brownish discharge means it is old/ altered blood.. so it is basically the old blood that is coming out. So it is ok... any fresh bleed (red) needs attention.
