Check ur TSH level 2 months after u have started eltroxin. Plan ur pregnancy only after ur TSH level is between 1 and 3. Get anti-TPO antibody test. if positive, u may require eltroxin lifelong. Check ur TSH every monthly during entire pregnancy, u may need to increase the dose during pregnancy.
