  4. Sub chorionic hematoma. Pls suggest!

Sub chorionic hematoma
I am 7 week and 2 days pregnent , yesterday i had tvs scan it shows subchorionic hematoma 1.0*0.6*1.1 cm volume is 0.4 cc i m taking folic acids tablets and dydrosure twice a day , any risk or anything i should add bcs i am very tensed this is my 1st pregnancy and no history before . Pls suggest

Dont worry avoid travelling take maximum rest and keep taking medication dydrosure and folic acid
