If it has been more than one month, and if she doesn't have any pain while touching the lumps, then she has to get a minor procedure done. To drain the collection. It can be done by any eye specialist. They are harmless , and she can decide to remove it whenever she feels comfortable.
Next Steps
It cannot be cured by medicines and ointments .
