Stye in 11 months old baby
Hello doctor,
My baby girl, 11 months old (dob-04/05/18) had watering of eyes on n off (it will come n go off on it's own) for past 3 months, so she stared having the same since 1week now.. consulted ophthalmologist yesterday and he prescribed mahaflox ointment and tobramycin eye drops, I haven't started the medicine yet because today there was redness and swelling in the right eyelid ,no pus.. she is crying with pain and rubbing the eyes.. can I still strt the medication or should I give something else..? Can I give paracetamol for pain relief?.. any home care can be given?

You can continue with the treatment advised. Foe pain you can give syp ibugesic plus 1/2 tsf twice daily. Also do hot foamentation.
