  4. Stuttering. Bends her head and smiles.

My baby girl 3 year old. She's stuttering a lot. If she wants water, she asks give me water. But she doesn't know to ask questions. She stutters a lot if she's not able to form sentence. Pls tell me how to help her. I'm afraid. Also she feels shy if she saw a stranger. She bends her head and smiles.
