I am 20 weeks pregnant and I have nodal congestion. In one side of nose . I feel stuffy . How can I get relieved from Nosa congestion . I am frightened as I feel like not breathing enough due to this

Hello there It's normal to stuffy nose in pregnancy as U can take steam inhalation 3 times a day! Natural remedies like ginger, tulsi, turmeric milk can be tried. It helps to relieve it Also have luke warm water to drink.

consult your GYNAECOLOGIST in person if no relief of the symptoms after home remedies. can occasionally use nasal spray. but don't get used to it
