Stuffed nose making grr grr sound
Hi doc my daughter is 3.5 years old. She is having cough and cold for the past 18-20 days. So we went to doctor and she checked and said very light cough is present in chest. So she gave levolin syrup 5ml thrice a day and monticope syrup 5ml od and said that it is due to allergy. And when told that her nose feels stuffed and make noise grr grr , she said that normal steam can be given. But even after 2 days of medicine and steam twice a day her nose feels stuffed and makes sound grr grr . What can we do now. Is there some medicine like xylomist or something else can be given to get completed relief from stuffed nose.

Stuffy nose may be just due to congestion. But you need to consult physically for further advise. You may try nebulization with levolin and hyperneb for 3 days just to clear out secretions.
