Stucked breathing
Hello , I have been suffering from anxiety and its somatic symptoms now since April. And i am having Shortness of breath as one of its persistent symptom. When i breathe in , I breathe in via my nose half normally... Later i feel.. I have to pull my chest up and  have to put a lot of effort to breath in.. There's little pain in the middle of the chest. Both side of chest where in you guys check with stethoscope.. it sometimes feels tight. However, when i lie down.. it is little ok.but not that much. I was never breathing like this. Please help me with this.
