Stuck something in throat

Hello doctor from 2 days I m feeling like something is stuck in my throat.i M feeling no pain or difficulty in shawolling food I had pain today only while cleaning my tongue ND still feeling like something is there in my throat I feel like throat gets dry ND I have little cough too...Doctor plzzz tell me what's could be I m so afraid should I go to the doctor ?on Google I search where. I found oesphagus cancer I m so afraid now...plz suggest me solution!
