Strip testing and no periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My periods are 4 days late i had period like symptoms but got no periods.ive done pregnancy strip test today for the second urine (not morning urine) at around 11 a.m that showed me a faint test line.but now again at 5 pm ive done test and only control line showed up.what does that mean?

Little confusion is there.Again confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes positive means pregnancy is there and negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
