Hi, i am realising my life is being turning , i was happy living person & doing something now & then but since from one year i have been into lot of thinking & not doing anything and recently i am diagnosed with different health problems i feel stressed since some of the health problems are such which no one is able to diagnose & they r not going away i cant stop thinking about even though they are small or big what is happening in my body i dnt know, i calm myself , i do yoga breathing but still my mind is over that, i have very good conscious i understand i m going through problem & i shouldn't think about it a lot but i feel it will take me somewhere in bad state. I dont want to loose my subconsciousness else i wont realize if anything is happening. What should i do ?
