Stress makes area near tear duct go numb
Area near my eyes and head gets numb if I take stress. (1) Try to understand and concentrate on something difficult. (2) Listen a lecture. (3) Etc. I consulted Opthomologists but they said to consult psychatrist.

It's just because you are using those muscles when you are focusing on something intensely. It's normal. Dont pay too much attention to the numbness. Also, every 15 minutes, try massaging the area, focus your vision at a distance, if possible stretch your body for a few seconds. This will help your muscles relax. If it continues to bother you, see a psychiatrist. No harm.
