Stress in genitalia
I am 32 years old. I have high bp (160/100). My bmi is also on the higher side (35+). I always had an issue of premature ejaculation, but I sexually inactive now (since 3 years). Lately I have experiencing a lot of tension/stress in my genitalia in erect position, it feels like the muscles and veins are under lot of stress, esp. the veins of my genitalia feel a lot of stress , but I feel no pain. I still can masturbate normally. In flaccid condition I feel no pain or stress. I don't know since how long this issue is present. Is it normal to feel such stress in erect genitalia or should I seek treatment for it?
