Stress and anxiety and nervousness,
I am a businessman and entrepreneur, I am in service industry and now I started my own production house , from past few months I am facing few issues with finances and have issues with family,feeling stressed and people complaining about my behaviour , I tried to make it simple but didn't work , I can't sleep proper without drink, I am living alone my family is in Chennai and visit every weekend, don't know how to manage this issue , sometimes I feel I'll shut down everything and go away from this kind of situation , I am very positive about the life and strong enough to face the situations and always thank my family and god to support me in every situation.
