Street dog scratch after 3rd Vaccine
Doctor my niece's anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and she took 3 vaccines till now and her Last 4th Day 28 is due on 16th February but today on 31st January a street dog scratch her ankle with nails skin redness and minor little blood comes out so what should to do now should Re-start vaccination schedule from Day 0 or need to take extra dose of vaccine?

The child requires immunoglobulin in addition to anti rabies vaccine. Please meet a pediatrician for checking the wound and giving it. No need to start anti rabies from day 0
