I've had severe periods and cramping since I was 14. It's caused headaches, nausea, fainting, shortness of breath, and even anemia. I went in today to do a sono to check for a polyp or growth and was informed that they can't see any reason whatsoever that I'd still be facing these symptoms. Birth control hasn't helped, my test today came clear, and I don't know what else to do. What could it be?
