Strange bleeding and pains

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I missed my contraceptive injection in July but received it a week later but in the week I missed it had unprotected sex, since then I've felt tired hungry and sick some mornings but for three days I've had uncomfortable belly pains and this morning stood up and blood came out of my vagina like string and then a really heavy period and I had blood down my legs and then my belly was really hurting for the remainder of day just a bit concerned I might of had a miscarriage how can I find out ?
