Stopping Birth control

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I recently stopped taking birth control shot depo meaning i was supposed to go back to get another last week but didnt. This week i have had weird things happen to me. Breast hurts, bad headaches, and today i started getting numb. Is this all the side effects of stopping birth control shot or could my breast pain and numbness be something else
