Stopage of heparin at 33rd week of pregn
I have APLA ( with history of 2 miscarriages). I am at 33rd week of my pregnancy. I have been taking heparin inj daily. My blood grp is O (-) ve. Recently I developed high bp (140/90) medication suggested (Lebabet 100mg). Yesterday, Doctor suggested to stop heparin inj after I had a little nose bleed.  ( No blood sugar or Thyroid issue.) I take Ecosprin 75 daily and also take Poluton depot 250 inj weekly. Is it ok to stop the heparin injection now? Kindly advise.
