Stool issues

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I have blood in my stool and and the tissue after it’s getting less and less my dads recommend eating things to make it softer I think it’s nothing big as it’s itchy around the outside of my anus and the stool is normal coloured so I doubt it’s cancer let me know if you think other wise ?
