Stool colour change
I had beetroot stir fry and after that Day 1 and 2 . Poop colour changed. Attaching pics. Please advice. Day 2 pic

How phylthy???? If u consume  beetroot  definitely stool color will be  dark.

Some people have tendency to pass beet root pigment in urine and stool . That’s harmless. Nothing to worry if not associated with pain or change in consistency of stool.

Nothing to worry about it. Its normal with everyone who intake beetroot in diet. Try on weekly basis.dont panic its normal.consult me on practo if you still have doubt about it.
