Stone in kidney and PCOD
I am 37 years old unmarried women , last evening I had severe pain in right side of my lower back , it was unbearable and i was vomiting continuously,So, i get done USG Abdomen and Pelvis , stone is detected in left kidney
7.0mm calculus is noted in the left proximal ureter about 5.5 cms from pelviureteric junction
A 3.7 calculus is seen in left kidney mid pole.
Pelvis : Endometrial thickness 8.9 mm.The ovaries are mildly bulky and demonstrate multiple peripherally arranged follicles,Right ovary,left ovary
Please advise medicines to be taken for kidney stone and PCOD
