Stomoch issue & rashes at toilet place

My son had hard toilet on morning & from then he gets red rashes on his bump at toilet place. From morning he toilet around 8 times till now. Please suggest me what is happening.

More detailed history required. Hard stools can cause redness in the motion area and bloody stools. Apply coconut oil Did you give any stool softener for constipation?

Hard stool can cause anal mucisa erosions and leads to rashes around anal opening... Loose stool 8 times, so kindly clear that is it diarrhoea or only mucus.... Because sometimes constipated child can also passes stool so many times but in very less amount and mucus types... So need more detail history... Is there any stool softner given?
