Pain since last 3-4 days, got my periods on Saturday was thinking it was periods pain but still the pain is there and pain is not continuous it pain in intervals. I also have loose motions from past 2-3 days . Took period pain medicine naptal. But for temporary purpose the pain stop but it still continues

Start on..
Tab. Pan 40mg once daily before breakfast for three days
Tab. Cyclopam two times daily after food for 3days days.
Econorm sachets.. One sachet two times daily for five days with some water ..before food
Enterogermina... Liquid.. Two times daily for five days before food..
