  4. Stomachache and fever. Spas of 250mg?

My daughter 8 year old was complaining of stomachache and got her diagnosed from GP. She was given antacid tab. She now has fever after 15 hours, I don't have any paracetamol, can I give her a quarter of meftal spas of 250mg?
