Stomach problems
I am diabetic for the last 21 years.My sugar level is slightly controlled.For the last two years I have problem in stomach.For last few years I have problem of upset stomach some times loose
motion and sometimes constipation gas and acidity problem.And after medication no such problem remains but after few days again these problems occurs.I have slightly enlarged prostate and fatty liver.For Diabeties I take insulin i.e Human Mixtard.Human Actrapid.In medicines Switglim,Imezemic500,Glimy2.For stomach cyclopasm, Colospa Retard,Digespur,Enzar Forte,Tryptomet .Pl suggest remedy.

Yes this is one of complications of diabetes, known as autonomic neuropathy. Long duration of uncontrolled diabetes can cause this. Pls make sure your sugars are well controlled, rest other things u need to take when required. Also need to do dietary modifications.

For diabetes the insulin resistance is the cause of gastric issues. So apart from medicine light frequent meals is advised. Also 2 glass of Luke warm water in between meals also helps . Also take lemonade once a day to maintain electrolytes in body

Anti Dm medicines also can cause stamp h side effects. Pl take non spicy diet,
Avoid chillies, and masala’s. Pl consult.
