Stomach problems and low hb
My 48 yr old mother has been suffering from stomach ailments pain, gas, vomitting, black stool etc from past one year. Her recent USG abdomen came normal. Hb level is 5.1 and tlc was 13000. Reports are attached. Also her sugar levels are elevated to 182. Doctor says there's nothing serious and blood transfusion will cure everything. Should we do that or cancer may be the cause? Kindly advise

Low HB and black colour stores may mean that she is suffering from hemorrhoids.
Try to get a second opinion from a Gastroenterologist also so and yes he might require a stool examination followed by other tests.
