The water in your stomach is a condition called ascites which is the accumulation of fluid (usually serous fluid which is a pale yellow and clear fluid) that accumulates in the abdominal cavity. Ascitic fluid can have many sources such as liver disease, cancers, congestive heart failure, or kidney failure. As for your asthma kindly visit the nearest ER so that you can get the nebulization and get it under control. You should visit a gastroenterologist at the earliest.
