Stomach problem
I have been experiencing swelling sole area of the feet and hand after drinking. Also stomach is upset and have to go motion 3-5 times a day especially after meals.i have been drinking boiled turmeric milk with balck pepeer for last 2 years. I was a heavy alcohol consumer some years back now i m a mild consumer . My age is 30

Well I would suggest you to have more of be cooked food... secondly take sporolac sachetst thrice a day so that your gut can be strengthened...need to examine you about your feet and hand swelling...meet a doctor in person...thank you
